My son went in for a consultation to see if he needed braces. Dr Judd was amazing and told us we can wait a bit longer. He definitely cares about his patients and we aren’t just a number to him! We were so happy with our decision to go with Judd Orthodontics! From the very first appointment we were impressed with the incredibly warm and friendly environment the staff and Dr created. They answered all of our questions and explained everything so well! Now, two years in —with two kids in braces with specific needs—, Dr Judd gives attention to detail and is very thorough and meticulous with his work! He is natural with the kids and communicates with parents the work he has done, and what still needs done, almost every appointment! I know there are a lot of orthodontists in the East Valley, but Dr Judd is where it’s at. With his pricing I wouldn’t take my 5 kids anywhere else!!

I could not ask for anything else in an orthodontist’s office. Staff is very friendly and attentive, front desk crew is quick to answer phone calls and responsive to voicemails, the office is always very neat and tidy and Dr. Judd himself is a breath of fresh air. I never worried when coming in for appointments. I could count on all of my questions being answered and thorough explanations of what was going to happen during the appointments. My kiddo had some funky looking teeth. I was so pleased with her ortho experience. The appointments were quick and efficient. The staff was always friendly. Her braces journey ended sooner than expected; pretty sure it was due to the encouragement of staff regarding the wearing of rubber bands etc. Can’t recommend Judd Ortho enough. I’m sure I’ll be back with my other kiddos.

You will not find a friendlier group of front-counter representatives or technicians. They truly are the gold standard for customer service. Even when I called to inquire about a bracket, the girl who answered the phone was extremely informative and accommodating. Given the nature of orthodontics, you won’t have a lot of time with Dr. Judd; the technicians apply the braces. But the guy could not be friendlier or more helpful. He really knows his stuff and answered every one of my questions. He was super patient with my ignorance of the process and the options. If you are thinking about getting braces for you, or your kids, don’t waste time looking anywhere else. This is the place you’re looking for.

Judd Orthodontics took care of my husband's teeth as well as our teenage son's teeth. Dr Judd and his entire staff took such great care of them and their teeth are beautiful! I was referred to Dr. Judd 1.5 years ago from Caffill dentistry. I am a middle aged woman who was very unhappy with the alignment of my teeth and wanted to make a statement for all of the older women. My braces came off this morning and my teeth look AMAZING! I’m so glad we found Judd orthodontics. My daughter is young and we had to do some early preventative work on her. Every staff member is friendly and takes their time answering questions and the office is nice and clean. Their pricing is great as well. It seems too often that as a parent we reflect on all of these milstones our children have surpassed. Braces is one of them. From even the moment of scheduling the appointment no question I had went unanswered. Neither my husband nor myself have ever had braces and I felt in over my head; every single nurse/hygienist, office manager(s), and the orthodontist homself took care of that. Today, my daughter and I left the office (she had her bright pink braces on)knowing should anything come up help is a phone call away. They included me in every step of the process and didn't once seem inconvenienced by my hovering. Not to mention it did wonders for my now young lady to hear the office staff all say positive things about her appearance with them. I highly recommend Judd orthodontics. Brace yourself for a great support team during this milestone.
